Opening hours:
Bureau Drop-in Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 10.00am to 2.00pm (generalist and generalist casework)

Bureau Appointments for Specialist Casework (provided following initial assessment at drop in) Monday to Friday 9.00am – 4.00pm

Telephone Advice Wednesday and Friday from 10.00am to 12.30pm Tel 0844 848 7700

Outreaches:
Sunflowers Liverpool (Aigburth Road Cancer Centre) Tuesday and Thursday 10am – 2.00pm. Home Visits upon request but criteria applied. For those living with a diagnosis of cancer, their families and carers)

Windsor House Day Hospital Thursdays 10.00 – 1.00 health professional referral only. Restricted to those living with diagnosed mental distress

Park Lodge Day Hospital Tuesdays 10.00 a.m. – 1.00 health professional referral only.Restricted to those living with diagnosed mental distress

Broadoak Psychiatric Unit – as required.Restricted to those living with diagnosed mental distress.

Mary Seacole House (Day Centre for members of BME communities with mental health problems).

Home Visits are available upon request but access criteria applied.
